Yes. Researchers at UCLA found that they could
still measure changes in the bodies of Rol昀椀ng
subjects after 昀椀ve years with no additional
work.

Do I still need to continue?
Just because a symptom goes away doesn’t
mean the problem has been solved. There are
more dysfunctional patterns in the body than
most people realize. You may get lucky, but
your best chance of keeping that problem at
bay is to complete the entire program.
