Can you describe the
ten sessions?
Yes, but keep in mind that people’s needs
vary, and I will modify the format, sometimes
considerably, to achieve the best possible
results for each client.
° Session 1
This is the most general session of
the series. It addresses the super昀椀cial
fascia surrounding the ribcage to
improve the client’s breathing and lift
the shoulder girdle from the ribcage.
The Iliotibial (IT) bands and hamstring
muscles are then addressed, followed
by work on the long muscles of the
neck and back.
° Session 2
Session 2 focuses on the feet and
lower leg muscles to improve foot
