° Session 4
The fourth session addresses the
muscles on the insides of the legs to
create better contact with the ground
and allow the pelvic basin to rock
more freely.
° Session 5
This session focuses on the abdominal
wall muscles and hip 昀氀exors (iliopsoas
group) to initiate proper forward
leg movement and disengage any
agonist/antagonist con昀氀icts between
the quadriceps, hamstrings, and hip
昀氀exors.
° Session 6
Session six covers the entire back side
of the body with emphasis on the lateral
rotators (the buttock muscles) to limit
outward rotation. For many clients,
this session marks the beginning of a
