This is the closure session. Any
areas still needing attention will
be addressed here to complete
the series and create a uniformly
functioning whole.
How long are the sessions, and
how often should I come?
The sessions are 90 minutes in length, and
once a week is a good pace. Too much time
between sessions can reduce the cumulative
bene昀椀ts, and spacing them too closely together
may not give the body adequate time to
integrate the changes. If you have scheduling
challenges, let me know, and we’ll design a
program that works for you.
