state of functioning. This may seem like a bold
statement, but I have seen countless people’s
lives improved through Rol昀椀ng, and I can attest
to its validity personally because I was once
one of them.
A skydiving accident in my early twenties
left me in so much pain that, at times, I had
di昀케culty standing. Like many people in my
situation, I tried every therapy I could 昀椀nd,
but none o昀昀ered me even the slightest relief.
Then I heard about Rol昀椀ng and decided to
give it a try. A few weeks later, I was painfree, my posture had improved dramatically,
and I had more energy than I’d felt in years.
In fact, I was so impressed by these changes
that aftergraduating from the University of
Colorado, I immediately applied to the Rolf
Institute for training and began my studies
under Dr. Rolf. Today, four decades later, I’m
still pain-free, active in all sorts of sports, and
enjoying life to its fullest.
